This English page describes the confirmation evidence required by the AddBrains payment boundary. A browser return, pending event, or unconfirmed quote never creates purchased service entitlement.
1. When confirmation is sent
AddBrains sends a confirmation only after the server verifies an authenticated payment event for the exact internal order. Event deduplication, signature verification, out-of-order handling, and reconciliation must complete before the purchase is marked confirmed. If the outcome is failed, pending, duplicated, or uncertain, the confirmation says so and no purchased entitlement is issued.
2. What the durable confirmation contains
- the customer account and internal order identifier;
- the order and confirmation timestamps and payment state;
- the USD-denominated service-entitlement amount;
- the separate flat 6% AddBrains service fee;
- the EUR charge currency, each exact line amount, applicable VAT or tax, and gross all-in total;
- the FX rate/version and tax-rule version used by the quote;
- the customer classification and billing country snapshot;
- the exact Terms and Refund Policy versions and content hashes;
- the recorded immediate-performance request and withdrawal acknowledgement; and
- the safe support and refund contacts.
The closed-gate reference example is USD 25.00 entitlement + USD 1.50 fee → EUR 22.50 + EUR 1.35, VAT EUR 4.77, gross EUR 28.62. A live confirmation repeats the actual server quote, not this example.
3. What the purchase creates
A confirmed purchase creates an account-bound entitlement to consume AddBrains text API services. It is denominated in USD for metering, is not cash or stored value, and cannot be transferred, withdrawn as cash, or exchanged for loyalty points. Only confirmed payment can create purchased entitlement; promotional, test, or administrative grants are identified separately.
4. Failed and uncertain states
- Pending: the payment is not confirmed; entitlement remains unavailable.
- Failed or cancelled: no purchased entitlement is issued.
- Duplicate: one order is retained and any duplicate is investigated.
- Uncertain: the order and funds remain held for reconciliation; AddBrains does not guess or retry blindly.
- Confirmed: entitlement is issued once and linked to the authenticated event.
5. Refunds, chargebacks, and correction
The confirmation does not waive withdrawal, conformity, failed-fulfilment, refund, or chargeback rights. A refund is recorded against the original order and entitlement provenance. A chargeback may freeze unconsumed entitlement while the payment state is investigated. A provider-unconfirmed refund remains pending; it is not represented as complete until authenticated provider completion is verified.
See the Refund and Cancellation Policy for unused use, consumed use, partial refunds, duplicate payments, and uncertainty.
6. Durable delivery
The confirmation is delivered to the account’s verified email or another durable medium made available by the service. It links to the immutable policy URLs and preserves the quote evidence; AddBrains does not silently replace a historical confirmation when a policy changes. Keep the confirmation with your records and contact support if a detail is incorrect.
